I can't imagine why this wouldn't be parody but Dumb Starbucks (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dumb_Starbucks) was fine, and I can't help but imagine that the number of attorneys MTV/Viacom can put to the field has a lot to do with why it went that way. Doing a lot of imagining lately.
The South Butt is absolutely parody and it is tragic they got sued and shut down. I will never buy another North Face product. What a lack of humor.
