I’m a big fan of WarGames.
It would be great to have something that could speak like Joshua.
I had a Votrax back in the 80s, similar to the following, which was awesome:

Joshua was actually voiced by actor Jim Wood (Falken), though. Jim read the lines backwards and then they chopped it up and did some audio processing on it:

One should note the officers in the missile silo at the opening of the film:
Michael Madsen of Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill, and John Spencer of L.A. Law and of course, The West Wing.
